real easy. These directors are so desperate to hire anyone. As long as you have your ECE units you will get the job.
I went in and I had to wait over 30 minutes for the director to get out of ratio. She didn't ask too many questions just "tell me about yourself" and "how early can you start?" it was real easy and real quick

I was asked very few questions about my experience and more about what I was willing to do in the position. I had no prior experience and was told that they needed someone urgently, so I was guaranteed the job.

I was invited to one hour on site interview with center director. I was asked about my previous experience with kids, teamwork, my qualities, concerns, situation type questions, and things like that.

Asked general questions about prior experience working with kids and teaching, (ie. what age groups, how long?) and asked what type of a teacher you are, what would your daily routine be?
