Interview
There were a number of questions asked related to your experience with children, and how you would handle certain situations with children and the parents. A tour of the building was given. I was observed playing with the children for about 10 minutes.

It was simple and easy since I already have experience in childcare. Just make sure you answer your questions and being sure of your answer. Simple for you and the interviewer

I was asked very few questions about my experience and more about what I was willing to do in the position. I had no prior experience and was told that they needed someone urgently, so I was guaranteed the job.
