I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at KinderCare Learning Centers (Chicago, IL)
Interview
The interview was at the center which consisted of scenario and hypothetical questions. Then following the interview I received a tour of the center. The process was easy and very straight forward. I heard back later that day. They do check your references and confirm education and preform a background check for all employees working in the center
Fairly easy and in person. Was asked about the ability to remain calm, how you would handle certain situations, and then immediately taken to a classroom to shadow following the interview. The teachers in that room monitored how I interacted with the kids and taught me about how the room was ran. Was then tested on the information I learned.

Great and thorough questions, made sure to answer any questions you had. Also let me know of any and all benefits they offered. They did express they had many staff coming and going.
