Interview was arranged at 10.30am.
I reached at 10am, as there was no one to receive me, I sent them an email to inform them that I had arrived at about 10.15am. No one came to receive me, no phone number was being left behind for me to reach out to. I had to google up the company to get their phone number, called a few times no one picked up.
I waited till 10.54am before someone texted me to inform me that their colleague is on the way to receive me for the interview.
When interviewer arrived at about 10.59am, was informed that no meeting room was booked. Had to make do with whatever space there is for the interview.
Ended up, interviewer also informed that he is not the person who should be interviewing me. Was informed that both the HR and the interviewer were down with Covid and cold. But they should at least inform the candidate that they are not available and to reschedule the interview isn't it?
As an HR personnel myself, this is poor employer branding and it has been about a week now, no updates on my interview outcome. They were late for 30 mins for the interview and ghosted me when I asked for an update.
