The interview felt fairly ordinary overall, offering a mix of routine questions and predictable discussion points without anything particularly impressive or concerning. It landed squarely in the middle, neither notably strong nor especially weak, just a standard experience.
Was contacted via a recruiter and had a conversation over the phone. Then had an in person interview to meet the team. Had another interview with the senior manager and then another phone call. Was under the impression I would be invited to another interview but didn't hear back from them. Emailed them and didn't get a response. This happened in 2022.
Took 4 weeks, with multiple rounds. First a call then a second call with a manager. A third group interview then if successful a final interview with the head of the department.
