My interview experience was completely digital. I interviewed using the Kira platform and it was a great way to learn about their product. Shortly after the first screen through, I virtually met with Konrad and Calvin who asked me questions about process and methodology. From there it was a quick ramp up on on-boarding and transitions. Everyone was incredibly open, honest, and flexible to discuss aspects of the job. I was very impressed with the tools that were used to speed up the administrative process of processing a new employee.
