An unbelievably time-consuming and inefficient process. I did 7 separate technical screens (more than any other interview I've done), where the interviewers mostly sat in silence and watched me type code. I don't know what they think they gain from this. The recruiter was nice enough to give me feedback. Although I solved every problem correctly, I was rejected because I was a little slow on some of them. He also said they "got the impression" I wasn't knowledgeable about subjects that I have extensively studied. These subjects were never brought up during the process. If they wanted to know about these subjects, why didn't they ask me about them instead of making me do meaningless python tasks? I don't mind being rejected (I got employed by a much better company) but I feel like everyone's time was wasted. The company may think they are setting a high bar and attracting top talent, but I suspect they are putting people off.
