It was ok, the recruiter was really nice and enthusiastic (she really sold it to me). Minus points for not giving me feedback when I requested it from the hiring manager.

Interview scheduling was swift, with initial Recruiter call being pleasant. When meeting with the Hiring Manager, was pressed on how much work I did versus the team I was on. There were specific questions related to the role and projects, and a brief overview of the company and team.

Interview
The interview started with some small talk to build rapport. Then they asked me questions about my background and past projects. They also shared details about the position responsibilities, expectations, and their team structure. Overall, it felt more like an introductory screening than a deep technical interview.
