They ask about your tasks at your current job and then they describe the company and what you would be doing. They do not ask the typical HR questions. If you succeed, they will ask you to solve a case study as a second round.

Really poor offices - people looking really worn out - people look like they could not afford a glass of water (who means they pay too too low) - call center style offices with cubicles from the sixties. After having spoken for almost 4 hours with two different people, I was never contacted back. I politely stayed for the interview and wasted 4 hours with people that are completely living in a parallel world - completely far from reality - poor people skills, people cannot argument a sentence in English and they are really shy to even give you questions.
