Interview
2 stage interview, first interview was technical based including typical APC style questions.
Second interview was to find out if the company was a good fit. All four interviewers were very nice and even when I didnt know the answer to questions were generally supportive
It was an interesting process, it starts off with an online assesment which has a verbal and non verbal reasoning test. Then comes the video interview in classic Hirevue format with timed quetsions. Finally you have an assessment centre.
