First, I was contacted via email to schedule a phone call with a talent acquisition specialist. The conversation was mainly about my previous experience (in short) and motives. It lasted approx 20 minutes. After that, I was invited to do a personality test as well as matrigma. Then I was invited to schedule the first formal interview with the team manager. The interview was quite basic but did include my salary expectations, which by then did not seem to be a problem. The day after that interview, another team manager contacted me for the final interview. This was more of a friendly talk, where they really convinced me that it’s a great company. After that I was going to get an approximate offer (I requested that before giving my reference contacts), which they did a couple of days after. They were very pushy all along as I seemed to be an ideal candidate, however the final salary offer was 20% below my expectations, which led me to decline the offer on the spot.
