Employer talked about the company and what it offers and what was required. Asked questions dealing about the job, other requirements, what they look for in a new hire, the kids, training, dress code, etc.

This interview contained very in-depth interview questions. They asked me various situation-specific questions regarding childcare and personal values. It was the most in-depth interview I've had in a facility such as this one. I returned for a second interview where I was put in the rooms with the children and was observed by the other teacher. Overall, it offered a wealth of knowledge about working at this specific location and I was able to see if I liked the facility as well.
