I applied through university. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Kohl's (Menomonee Falls, WI) in Oct 2019
Interview
Recorded webcam interview 7 questions, then on site interviews, 3 30 min interviews, each was slightly more casual than typical interviews, but still had some behavioral based questions. Within about a week you hear back from them. The night before the interview there is a dinner, very casual, they seat you with someone just to be able to ask questions.

Question 1
Tell me about a time you came up with an innovative solution to a problem?
Two interview screenings: very conversational and comfortable. Felt like speed dating. The interviews are timely and concise. They also ask you why did you choose Kohl's! And greatest strength and weakness

Question 1
Tell me about a time that you dealt with a difficult coworker
Had a phone interview with HR to discuss the position and my qualifications. Received a call the next week to say they weren't interested in interviewing me any further. Said the reason was they didn't believe my analysis/excel skills were what they were looking for. My prior positions were all Excel reporting, modeling, and analysis so I'm not sure what they were talking about.

Tell me about yourself, how do your prior positions relate to this one, etc.
