I have been working at Kohl's part-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Flexibility. Kohl's works around my primary job and my busy family life.

    Cons

Low pay. Most associates are young. Many call off or are a no show causing a strain on everyone else.

    Advice to Management

Stop scheduling associates who continually call off/don't show up. $10/hr isn't unreasonable. I feel $9 is low.

    Former Employee - Anonymous Employee

    Pros

(To view other reviews): Friendly group of people. They also accept those without any work experience which is always nice for those high school/college students. Must be 18 incase they need you overnight stocking (told me that some years ago)

    Cons

(To view other reviews) Be ontop of it if you get "chosen" to work. They will prepare you, then say the job offer has terminated because of this or that. Keep in contact during the waiting process!!
