Interview
I was recruited. The recruiter called and had a phone interview which lasted around 40 minutes. I was then interviewed by a store manager. Finally the district manager interviewed and hired me. The process took about two and a half weeks.

Tell me about a time that you had a serious conflict with a manager. What was the issue, what did you do and what was the outcome of that situation?
