I had my interview over the phone because of Covid. I was asked basic retail questions and when I was accepted, I could pick the date for my orientation. The person who interviewed me was Christina and her questions were fairly simple.

I don't remember much aside from this one If I was helping a customer check out and notice that a line was forming, what do I do/react?
It was easy and simple. Only 1 round and then offer sent through email. Should we easy to answer questions if you look into the company. Not hard at all
The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Kohl's (Phoenix, AZ)
Interview
This is a group interview with about 5-6 people also being interviewed. There is usually 2 people interviewing the group. It is just one round of interviewing. Could be a little intimating if you haven't done an interview before

How do help a customer if you don't know the answer?
The interview process was very easy and smooth. Mostly behavioral questions about how I handle customers and difficult situations. The overall experience was great and was on the easier side of the previous interviews I had done prior.
