3 rounds, first is a phone screen with HR, next is portfolio review at the office then a whiteboard design challenge onsite. I got rejected after the phone screen. I received the phone screen invitation after my application a few days.
Laidback and supportive. You feel like you are interacting with real people who have lives and passions within the company but also outside of it. The person that interviewed me was easy to talk to and felt like he was really there to get ot know you.

I did a 30-min phone screen interview. The questions were typical and nothing unexpected. Future rounds include portfolio reviews and a design challenge.
Recruiter said they will check if Konrad accepts my work authorization. I followed up twice, they always said they would have an answer in a few days. Never got a reply after a month and just gave up.
