Interview
It was a mix of multiple phone screens and one in person interview in the Dallas office. The in person was more of a meet and greet, with the phone screens being more intense. I did phone screens with 6 different people. After all but one interview I felt as if I did really well. One sector leader was extremely hard to read, but she ended up really liking me (found this out after I got an offer). Most of the phone screens lasted 30-45 mins. The phone screen I did with my manager lasted an hour. I also took an assessment after my second interview. This is pretty common for most large companies.
