I applied for the Client Care Specialist role.
It was a smooth and really pleasant experience overall.
Before doing the first interview it is necessary to carry out an online assessment in order to test your Customer Support skills and your knowledge about Kraken.
I got through it and I was able to do the first interview (30 min).
The interviewer was very friendly and positive and makes you feel comfortable.
They even call you/email you some days after the interview, to speak about the results, giving you a feedback (within a week in my case).
The first interview is more like a culture fit assessment to determine if your core values align with Kraken/Crypto values.
Just a little tip: watch "Working at Kraken #6" podcast on YouTube before applying (it's 2 hours but it's interesting to listen even if you won't work here), and also maybe it's not the right place to work if you're not a crypto enthusiast
