Started off very friendly and as you would expect but I began to see the cracks of how the company was run and the types of employees throughout the hiring process for example: Multiple last minute cancellations for interviews that had been arranged 2 weeks in advance, multiple HR coordinators, unclear expectations with regards to the case study, lack of feedback (ghosted)... It was quite clear throughout the case study that Kraken have zero experience in project or programme management and are looking for generic dogsbodies to fix problems, which is fine but it should be advertised as such. I found the whole experience incredibly unprofessional in general and the employess attitude of 'we know best' seeped through. Another thing to point out, you may be interviewed twice or three times by the same person as they sometimes have their videos on and some people preach they don't want their videos on due to 'security' concerns. Quite strange given all the roles are remote so would expect Kraken to have resolved any 'security concerns' given the nature of Crypto.
