Interview
After submitting my application online, I got a call a few days later for an in person interview at the store with the store's HR. The interview was casual and asked basic customer service based questions and talked about my previous experiences. At the end of the interview, they offered me the position. After being hired, I had to go through a drug test, background check, paperwork, and a lot of computer sessions to get familiar with the company before started actually working.

Easy interview asked basic background information and customer service questions. Only 1 person interviewed me and I was hired on the spot. The questions were very short and sweet. Mostly just one sentence answers

I was called in for a group interview which asked us to role play certain customer service scenarios. I was called back after this for a follow up where I was offered a few options for positions within the store and a oral drug test was done.
