General and simple questions. They asked questions about what are your strengths and weaknesses, why you picked Kroger, what stands you out from the crowd. Was hired right then and there, went through a drug test and was trained for two weeks prior to working.

you apply, and then they email you about scheduling for an interview for me it was like a day or two after i had sent in the application and then they schedule an interview like 2 days after you apply and you go
Applied on the companies website for a cashier position. Later a phone call interview with an associate working at the location where information and responsibility was shared. Position offer was emailed along with start date.
