Interview
They start with a phone interview, where a person asks you a few questions. If they feel you are a good fit, you'll do a follow up interview at the store. They proceeded to ask the same or similar questions, ask when you are available. And they'll contact you soon for another follow up to do a background check and drug test, with a oral stick.

Interview
Applied online and got a link to schedule an interview online. Showed up to ther pharmacy and met with one of the lead pharmacy techs. The interview itself was mostly standard. Just asked about my previous job experience, and if I ever worked in a pharmacy and/or customer service. Also asked whether I was licensed with the state or not. Overall a fairly easy process from start to finish.
