I applied online with a CV and covering letter, I was then invited to take an online numerical test, I passed the test and had a 30 minute telephone interview which covered the key competencies. After I passed that stage, I was invited to an assessment day. There were about 5 of us at the assessment day, it started with a presentation from the management team about the company as a whole and the internship. Followed by a tour of the offices and warehouses, we then had some group activities including a problem solving task, an individual presentation and interview with a manager and a numerical test. Following the interview, I did not hear back from L'Oreal, I emailed and called the HR team several times and never received any response or feedback.
