The first is the online test. After the online test, there will be a video interview where you will ask some questions about your resume and why you want to apply for this sales management trainee. The second is after a few days, will receive the second round of interview notice. The second interview includes group interview and single interview. We'll start with a round of werewolf kill, like, to liven things up. Then, a case team will analyze the case, and there will be a discussion after half an hour. Finally, one person will make a summary and introduction. And supplemented by other members.

I had a phone screen with corporate recruiter and then one in person interview with VP and HR professional. VP asked a lot of specific questions about resume and previous jobs. Pretty basic interview and didn't ask any behavioral type questions. Extended job offer the next day.
