I applied through university. The process took 6 weeks. I interviewed at L'Oréal (Milan) in Mar 2022
Interview
I first talked personally to the HR through a Career Fair, then was contacted for an interview with the 2 project managers. The whole process took a month and a half, I received the offer 2 weeks before the start.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Questions based on motivation to join the company, personal questions about my temper (qualities and flaws), past experience. I was also asked technical questions concerning the interpretation of sell-out data. I was shown an advertisement and had to say who was the target of the advertisement, and how I would have handled a campaign if I had had an illimited budget.
R1: Recruiter Zoom call, R2: group case study, Acceptance.
Honestly everything was very smooth and you can 100% prepare for the case study within the given time, just reference recent projects/missions and integrate your findings into the case study.
I applied online. I interviewed at L'Oréal (Montreal, QC)
Interview
Very positive experience, behavioural interview with HR, followed by a traditional interview with team's manager. I had to follow up several times before I received a response, but communication was positive.
