The process was very quick in the beginning. HR contacted me on a Friday morning and we had a chat on the phone (interview 1). They booked an interview with the Hiring Manager same day in the afternoon. I did the interview and was said I had to prepare a case next Monday, but the Hiring Manager never gets back. Finally one week later I wrote HR who said he decided to hire the other candidate.
