Interview
Not too hard, they care most about the type of person you are/ whether your values align with the company. You either had 2 interviewers or 1 and they asked questions from a bank of questions (so the questions aren't set). Just be nice, friendly and show passion for the job.
The interview process was smooth, welcoming, and well organized. Every conversation felt thoughtful, respectful, and engaging, with clear communication throughout. It left a strong impression of professionalism, warmth, and opportunity. Sadly i didnt get an offer
El proceso de selección inició con una entrevista con el área de recursos humanos, posteriormente avancé a una segunda entrevista con mi manager directo y finalmente participé en una última entrevista con la directora del área.
