All day process. 6 interviews. Met multiple managers. Walked the site. Had lunch. Interviews were last half of day. They were one on on interviews but you had to talk to 6 different managers.

Interview
Recruiter reached out with few basic questions for HR screen. Initial hiring manager call was set although L3 rescheduled multiple times over the course of three weeks. Standard background/experience questions, you are expected to have a camera on although the interviewers may not. Assumed ghosted after 3 weeks.
Just a basic roundtable interview. Nothing special. They were excited to hire and trying to scale up as quickly as they could. Just be yourself and you'll do fine. No need to prep for brain teasers.
