I applied in-person. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at LEGOLAND (Goshen, NY) in Jan 2020
Interview
The Interview Process is LONG! You first have to go to a job fair. At the job fair you get a "ticket" to go to the "Assessment Center" The "Interview" at the Assessment Center is 2 hours long. It really is almost 2 hours long. There were about 25 people in our interview split up in 4 tables. First started with some videos. Then were asked to bring a Blue item and describe how it is you. There were a lot of unique blue items. Next, we had group activities. 1st we had to build a model. One person can see the model and explain to rest of the team how to build the model but could not touch it. Next, had to role play how to solve a customer complaint. Next had to explain 5 safety things that would be needed in the park.
Finally they took every person individually and gave them an offer.
I feel the pay vs the long interview process is not equal.
