Applied online, then had interview soon after. Pretty simple of why I wanted to work there, as well as a few situational questions. They also had a few practical questions.
it was relatively easy. They essentially want to make sure you are safe person for kids to be around and there is no prior negative background. I had one interview before getting hired.
Basic interview, here are some of the questions What are your strengths? What makes you want to be a Model Citizen? What is your experience with customer service? How do you handle difficult customers? What is your availability? What is your experience with cash handling?

Easy. Just the usual run around. Of course they like to add in some extra crap to get you to work there, then fire you because its an at-will workplace.
