I submit my resume through a staffing agency, and the I got selected, and the manager arranged an interview with me. And they asked questions about my resume. They are open to diversity and opportunity.In the end the whole process was very related and focused on the experiences and high school life.

Interview
The interview was quite comfortable. My interviewee made me feel at ease. More casual than serious. I was allowed the opportunity to express to the best of my ability and I also had the opportunity to briefly showcase my skills.
