This position entails multiple interviews. The first interview is very brief, and is mostly about getting to know you as a person, your attitudes about financial advising, and feeling out where you want to go in the future. The second interview is where they go into details about how the position actually works, the schedule, and compensation. Both interviews were laid back, comfortable, and relatively easy.
