      Sales Operations Interview

      30 Oct 2019
      Anonymous interview candidate
      No offer
      Neutral experience

      Application

I applied online. I interviewed at LTK

      Interview

Process was extremely disjointed - went into 2nd round interviews the day after getting an email from HR with no details about who I'd be meeting with, their titles, etc. Which was sad, because in my phone interview with the hiring manager, we were on the same page. 2nd round didn't go well - the need was for someone extremely analytical, but the team I interviewed with wasn't. Not a lot of clarity around the role. Couldn't tell from their questioning what they were looking for. On top of that, HR is impenetrable post-interview - you don't even get email addresses, so there's no way to send thank-yous and no acknowledgement from them.
