      Full Stack Developer Interview

      28 Jan 2016
      Anonymous employee
      San Mateo, CA
      Accepted offer
      Positive experience
      Average interview

      Application

I applied through a recruiter. The process took 4 days. I interviewed at LTK (San Mateo, CA) in Jan 2016

      Interview

Three separate meetings. 1) Phone interview 2) On site 3) On site with a code example to present to future co-workers Overall the experience was very relaxed with very little pressure. They seemed more concerned with the type of person they were hiring than with the specifics of my technical knowledge. The code example was a bit nerve racking because it was more open ended than I would have liked but that was literally the only part of the process that could even remotely be considered negative. The people with whom I interviewed seemed very cool and without trying too hard managed to give me a sense of the office and work culture.
