Very to the point of knowing what the job intells. They pre-screen you then call for an interview. The director then will contact you if you go the position. You will have to do on boarding questions then train for a week before working in a classroom.

It was haste and unprofessional. I took the job and only lasted a few weeks. Poorly ran, it was a horrible experience. Everyone hated working there. The managing parties are uncanny.
