Completely unreal. I was contacted via LinkedIn by the hiring manager and it was explained that the Job Description was just created, so I offered to assist. Then I was told it would be posted soon after. After a week I contacted the hiring manager, and indicated I had not seen the posting. As a result, the hiring manager asked me to meet in person which we did where it was explained that the JD was based on my LinkedIn profile. The next day I was forwarded to the chief HR officer, and then on to the CFO and the COO a business day later. Then they indicated two days later they were moving in another direction? No further explanation was provided.
