I applied online and shortly after they set up a basic phone interview to go over my resume. Shortly after that I was called in for an interview. They use the STAR method for interviewing.

Describe a situation you were challenged, what action you took, what was the end result
They typically use temp agencies or have internal transfers. Single interview that was about an hour long before receiving an offer. The interview was mostly questions about how to handle certain situations.

Name a time you ran into a difficulty in lab and how did you fix it.
it was quite normal with asking basic programming and sql queries.
Main focus was on project and the use of it
Along with basic medium level programming question approach was asked
There were three interviews total, one brief call with HR and one with the hiring manager, one with colleagues. Each follow up interview was 30 mins long, and the HR interview was quick 15 mins
