Apply online, get a phone screen then either in person or phone interview. Goes over basic Q & A interview agenda but features behavioral questions (STAR format). You will get good idea of people in area based on types of individuals leading the interview. Don't need to know much about company, they just need bodies at this point.

The interview process was very thorough and informative. The interviewer was very professional and allowed me ample time to ask as many questions as needed to feel comfortable about the position available and the company.

Interview
The hiring team was very nice and the process was smooth. They got back after 1 month with an offer. There were 2 interview rounds. The pay offer was lower than expected
