Interview
First, there was a phone call lasting 20 mins (asked about opinions of animal testing and some general background) followed by a video interview maybe 2-3 weeks later, lasting maybe an hour.

Explain how you cope with repetitive tasks and ensure good results
I was asked very typical interview questions such as 'why do you want to work here' and 'what experiences do you have in the lab'. Took around 30-40 minute phone interview with the HR.

Interview
Phone interview with two members of staff followed by on-site interview and tour of the lab facilities. Communication with the HR team was smooth at all steps and all interviewers were extremely friendly and accommodating.
