Labcorp Legal interview questions

I received a phone call with just some quick questions the day after I applied online from HR. After that, she forwarded my resume to the person who would be my boss. If she wanted to interview me, she would schedule a time for me to come in for a 1:1 interview. That took about 2 weeks from the initial phone call. The interview was very casual with some quick questions about my experience. This is not for a lab position though. I received a tour of the facility and that was it. After 3 months I heard back and received an offer and had to attend a 1-day orientation.
