Simple ask a decent amount of questions. Mine was on the phone for some reason. Ask why I choose labcorp. My strengths and weaknesses. What are my goals. How did you hear about this job.

Employer was an hour late to a phone interview, claimed I never responded to a confirmation message when there was proof I did. Interviewer couldn’t really answer any of my questions with clarity or confidence. Seemed like a waste of a step given how little information I received
