Labelbox interview questions

I did a 10-minute virtual screening interview with the AI bot Zara. I'd done one once before, so I was comfortable with the process. However, I found Zara very difficult to understand, even though I was wearing a headset. Wasted time having her repeat things. She only asked about previous work and did not ask anything related to the position I was applying for. I feel I was screened out based on irrelevant questions.

intro call, two technical rounds (system design, coding). system design involving two engineers evaluating design for backend and frontend architecture. coding is synchronous to debug an app with third-party state management tool.
