I had a planning task of minutes followed by an interview with 4 panel members. No presentation was included in the invite, but when I went in I was asked for my presentation, very unprofessional from their side.

Planning task - How would you prepare for a 'welcome to Lancaster' event for 50 mature students which is due in a month's time? What considerations would you take for this particular group of students?
