    Doesn't Recommend

I worked at Lancaster University (More than 3 years)

    Pros

Good benefits for employers, staff put on emphasis

    Cons

Atrocious way of treating students especially since business centered around students. No progression for young adults. Better to start of later in life rather than if newly employed.

    Advice to Management

Management has to allow inclusivity regardless of ethnicity, religious view, nationality etc. By far one of the most Caucasian centric employer.
