Hour-long interview process with two individuals from the Finance/Accounting organization at Land O'Lakes. A half-hour was spent with each person. The questions revolved around background and interests, as well as a few behavior-based questions.

Met recruiters at university career fair. Received an email setting up three back to back half hour interviews at corporate office. From their a few days later received a call with an offer.
