The Recruiter was excellent to work with and followed up in a timely manner. The interview itself was difficult. It was panel style, extremely structured and focused almost entirely on behavioral questions. To be candid, it felt more like an interrogation than an interview.

I applied online and when they reached out, I set up an interview on my college campus. There were two people interviewing me and a week later they reached out with their final decision. (one round of interviews)

Interview with two current employees. Situational questions. Many questions revolving problem solving and how to over come challenges. The interview was conversational and not like a traditional interview. If prepared a very easy interview.
