the interview process was three phases. One phone interview and two in person interview. Questions were pretty standard and it was more of a conversation rather than a one sided interview. HR department also did a follow up interview to ask how the interviewed were and if I had any questions.

Interview
I applied through the company website. There was initially a phone screening. Afterwards, I was asked to meet several engineers at the office. I was interviewed by 2 senior associates. The questions I was asked was primarily around my interest. It seems that they wanted interns to stay as full-time offers.
