Complete online process. Everything was easy and straight forward. The whole process was recorded (audio and video). Be prepared to interpret to and from your target language. The other interview questions were just simple, typical ones.

first the phone interview with the recruiter
then complete and pass the language tests of english and target language
then a few email back and forth
completing few forms and documents
then start training
CV screening > phone screening > interpreting assessment > training period > pass
Interpreting assessment was the hardest part of he process for me. Make sure you are well-prepared and keep calm.
