Great Place to Work is the global authority on workplace culture, employee experience, and the leadership behaviors needed to deliver market leadership and increased innovation. Certification is based on an employee survey that is the most widely taken in the world. Among the survey’s findings was that 93 percent of LanguageLine employees say they are passionate about their work and believe in the company’s mission. “This has been LanguageLine’s finest hour,” President and CEO Scott W. Klein said. “This is not a moment any of us would have chosen, but we were chosen for this moment. You are compensated fairly as an interpreter, those who hire and work in administration are very helpful, and the platform used is very easy and user friendly.

    I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at LanguageLine Solutions (United States)

    Interview

    The interview itself was a short phone interview and went well, but they sent me a long assessment in the form of an Excel file, and gave me a few days to work through the 17 problems on it. When I didn't understand a question, I emailed them, but they didn't reply. I still completed the workbook on time, and sent it in. They said they'll let me know the "next steps", but I never heard from them again. I think they just wanted to waste my time.
